Our fresh Burrata is Murgella brand, a family business that has been making cheeses for three generations in Apulia, in the south of Italy, with a turnover of about 40.000,00 euro yearly.
Burrata is still made by hand with just three simple ingredients: cow’s milk, rennet and cream.
Local milk and traditional production methods create our high quality burrata.

Burrata should be eaten as fresh as possible and it is often served with a simple sprinkle of salt and drizzle of olive oil. The mild, creamy flavor of burrata also pairs well with salads and balsamic dressing and it is a delicious topping for pizza.
